Serta Ergomotion Bed Foundation Replacement
The two men delivering my replacement bed foundation (Serta Ergomotion King Bed foundation) carefully disassembled the existing unit, moved it to the truck, then carried to the second floor (steep steps with 2 tight turns) the boxes for the replacement unit. Having received no prior instruction from the Vendor, the two men carefully unpackaged, then carefully and accurately assembled a complicated sleep system perfectly (including pairing the bed function remote to the installed electronics). This was a very bulky and very heavy unit. The men did a great job making sure that the stairs and the floor (all new hardwood) were not marred in the process. Both men were very cordial, pleasant, and professional throughout a difficult move and assembly of a product unfamiliar to them. I was VERY pleased with the service I received from Clemmer Moving and Storage. Excellent work! Highly recommend!
