We would like to reassure you that the health, safety and service of our clients and employees are always our priority. Clemmer Moving & Storage has adopted and implemented safety precautions against the COVID-19 virus as recommended by the CDC.

All employees are adhering to the health habits to prevent the spread of the virus as recommended by the CDC found here  Stop the Spread of Germs

Further all of our employees have agreed to having their temperature taken at the start and end of the day.  We have implemented a policy that any employee with a temperature higher than 99 degrees must either stay home or will be sent home.  Employee is instructed not to return to work until their temperature is below 99 degrees for 24 hours.

Crew and office team members have been provided reusable cloth masks.

Employees have been educated on the symptoms of the virus.  If any employee believes they have any of the symptoms of the virus (see symptoms here) they are instructed to either not come to work or immediately report to their supervisor and will be sent home.

All our equipment, inside of the trucks and outside door handles are wiped down before and after each move. Our employees are provided gloves & sanitation products to perform these steps.

All customers that we are moving are being asked a series of questions to determine the risk of going into their home.  At that point the appropriate measures are being taken to protect our staff and customers based upon the CDC guidelines.

We have asked all our employees to stop making any kind of contact, including shaking hands with customers or vendors, and to practice social distancing of at least six feet between individuals.

Clemmer Moving is proactively addressing the situation with a commonsense approach in the office as well.  We are following the CDC guidelines.  Our staff has been instructed to wash their hands regularly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, avoid touching door handles with bare hands, refrain from sneezing or coughing into hands, avoid touching their eyes, nose and mouth, clean surfaces they touch often and to stay home if they have any symptoms of illness. We continue to have our office deep cleaned and sanitized.

Some things our clients can do to assist us in maintaining the health and safety of all:

We acknowledge the responsibility we have to both employee and client and we take this very seriously.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our office we will be happy to discuss this with you personally.
